My favorite property in Tulum. The hotel was unique with stylish rooms and I loved attentive staff.

Had amazing 2 days here thanks to its good staff and rooms.

Gorgeous, clean place, everything was perfect, including staff and drinks.

Every detail was perfectly fine, check-in was good, really enjoyable. The location was peaceful, not very far from Cenotes Casa Tortuga Tulum. Also it was next to restaurants and bars.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 11 nights, nevertheless everything was great. The room was spotless, new-fashioned with a nice private balcony, we loved it.

Everything was simply perfect. Hotel's staff and location were lovely, had a very nice stay at the venue.

We loved our time here.

The hotel was reasonably spacious, fairly clean and had top breakfast. I was met by welcoming and polite staff at the reception. The property of choice in Tulum.

We really enjoyed location and staff, felt like home. That was peaceful hotel set in cozy area. There was beautiful poolside restaurant with appetising meals. The pool was clean and the garden - lovely. You guys made our stay very very good!

Tidy property, outstanding staff. We had a beautifully designed room with good bed, what else do you need for an absolutely amazing stay. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of meals. The hotel has particularly good location not far from restaurants and bars and shops. Also, avenida kukulkan was located in the area of the venue. Such an amazing service too.

Big building, AMAZING hotel with outstanding staff and facilities. The bonus was minimalist room decor and nice bar.

So clean, extremely comfortable bed, so beautiful location. The restaurant was small, offered tasty food. Simply amazing room, unique. Supportive staff were more than helpful, that's a big plus.

It is hassle free hotel, I liked its clean rooms and accommodating staff. Rich breakfast, good service. Ideal location around 10-15 minutes walk from casa de la cultura cultural center. The beach is clean and the views are magnificent!

The staff was POLITE, room was huge. Besides, free WiFi in the deluxe king suite worked very well. 10 minutes walk from central Tulum. Loved the amazing restaurant.

Just walking distance from el camello jr, where you can have lunch. All in all our stay was great, nothing bothered me. The staff at the hotel were loyal.
